Absolutely classic Sauvignon Blanc with just what you might expect. The nose is has pronounced Sauvignon flavours of citrus and just a hint of gooseberry. The palate is pleasantly well balanced between acid and fruit with subtle grapefruit intertwining with further citrus flavours. ### Product Description Established 5 generations ago in some of the best soils to be found in the Cher Valley, Domaine Cartier now grows almost 25 hectares of vines in the Pouille municipality.
