From Compagnie des Indes, comes this magnificent eight-year-old Thailand Secrete rum. Matured in ex-bourbon casks for almost a decade, the rum was decanted at 43% abv. Expect aromas of poached pears, banana and cracked black pepper, leading to notes of fresh cut grass, herbs, melon, lemon peel and wood.
