This adapter allows you to add or replace existing network ports on a computer, providing two Gigabit Ethernet connections via a USB 3.0 interface. Auto powered by the USB3 port and automatically installs on PC or Mac, it is completely autonomous. Compatibility: Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 (32 & 64 bit) MacOS 10.9 and above (El Capitan, Yosemite, Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, etc.), Linux, UEFI. Equipped with two ASIX AX88179 controllers (one per RJ45 port). Compatible with IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, 802.3ab (10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T) standards. Automatic cross wiring detection (Auto-MDIX). VLAN support (IEEE 802.1Q standard). Supports Jumbo frames up to 4KB. Advanced features: checksum offload (IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP) and unloading large items (LSO).
