Neumann's KK 105 HD is a high-precision microphone capsule specially developed for Sennheiser's SKM 5200 or SKM 500 systems. This heavy duty condenser capsule is a robust microphone capsule that offers excellent plop protection due to the integrated protection of foam instead of wire mesh. Incidentally, this foam very efficiently keeps moisture out of the capsule. Thanks to the supercardioid directional characteristic, the risk of feedback is virtually nil.
