Hi, thanks for getting in touch, I can confirm that your item was posted as advertised on Saturday 4th July. This usually takes 2-3 working days but can some times take longer in busy periods. Which is clearly stated in the description of all my listings. Would you be willing to wait a little longer as Royal Mail will not consider a parcel missing until after 10 working days, at which point I can claim for a lost parcel. Please however rest assured that I always refund in full for lost parcels, although this is a very rare occurance.
