Made with Pferd special steel wire that exhibits high tensile and bending fatigue strength this tool assures long lasting performance even in extreme brushing conditions. The stiff wire knots heighten the brushing effect providing a robust and efficient operation.Specifically optimised for use on powerful angle grinders the 43305001 knotted threaded steel wire brush offers a maximum rotational speed of 12500 RPM and is best utilised between 6300 to 12500 RPM. Its M14x2 threaded mounting system and 18 knotted wires form a 65mm diameter cup that can withstand temperatures up to 300°C. The 0.5mm diameter steel filament is well suited for handling materials like cast iron cast steel and steels with hardness greater than 54 HRC or up to 1 200 N/mm².Applications extend from paint stripping and oxide layer removal to work on fillet welds and weld seams.
