The Zenzen family has been crafting wine since 1636, a legacy honoured by the \u201C1636\u201D premium range. Drawing on centuries of know-how while embracing modern vinification, the estate focuses on continual quality improvements to showcase the best of their vineyards. This wine is made from Dornfelder, a dark-skinned German grape created by August Herold in 1955 at the Weinsberg breeding institute in W\u00FCrttemberg.
