Diplomat Excellence A2 fountain pen in glossy black lacquer finish and gold trim. All-metal build, multi-layered lacquer and gold-plated trim. Cap is easy to remove, and fits back onto the pen with a nicely-cushioned click. Cap band is inscribed with 'Diplomat since 1922' and 'made in Germany'. Gold-plated sprung pocket clip. Bicolour 14k gold and stainless-steel nib is inscribed with the Diplomat branding and is superbly smooth. Dimensions: 138mm long closed, 130mm open, 155mm posted, 13mm diameter, weighs 46g.
