🎨 THE BRAND: Schmincke has been manufacturing extra-fine artist colors "Made in Germany" since 1881, available in over 60 countries. The range includes colours for watercolor, acrylic, oil paint, pastel, gouache, airbrushing and specialties such as bronzes. 🎨 COLOR: 780 Ivory black, deepest black. Formerly produced from charred pieces of ivory, today by dry distillation of degreased bones. Small amounts of calcium phosphate give a slight gray-blue tint. Typically used for dark values and color opacities. 🎨 Quality: HORADAM WATERCOLOUR meets the highest quality requirements of artists and amateur painters. The 140 colors of the series impress with their brilliance, excellent lightfastness, and performance. They contain artist-grade pigments and the highest quality binders and are characterized by brilliant mixing results and very good painting suitability. They are therefore ideal for creating beautiful watercolour artwork. 🎨 HORADAM WATERCOLORS: The colors are very easy to dissolve and are suitable for all watercolor painting techniques.
