Scratch crepe neutral / scratch crepe dyed is ready to use and is applied e.g. with cotton wool or wooden sticks, writing or drawing nib. (Do not use precious brushes!) The product is water-mixable, but dries quickly to a rubbery, water-insoluble film. Clean work tools with water or soap immediately after use. Close container immediately after use. Please paint over the masked area only after the masking liquid has completely dried out with watery paints such as watercolour paints, gouache paints or Aero Color Professional. (Drying takes a few minutes to more than one hour depending on the thickness of the layer!) After drying the paint layer, the rubber-like dried masking fluid can be removed by gently rubbing with a dry, grease-free finger. (Do not peel off!) The product must not remain on the carrier for more than 2 days and must be completely removed. Otherwise there is a risk of yellowing of the surface Particularly soft, slightly glued papers with structure such as rags or torchon papers are not suitable for masking technique. Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from frost. Individual preliminary tests are recommended.
