The PoE+ repeater is ideal for extending network cables for PoE applications by 100 metres – the repeater itself is also powered by the attached PoE signal By cascading several repeaters, it is possible to achieve a multiple of the standard PoE range of 100 metres (with a maximum of 3 devices for up to 400 metres / with a maximum of 4 devices for up to 500 metres) A compact housing design allows for easy installation in almost any location – no device configuration is required during installation (plug and play) The repeater module can be powered via pins 1/2 (-) & 3/6 (+) as well as pins 7/8 (-) & 4/5 (+) – pins 1/2 (-) & 3/6 (+) are always used for PoE on the output side The scope of delivery includes a single PoE repeater for Gigabit Ethernet network cables. - Several devices must be purchased for cascading to the required range
