Unfold it for a large barbecue grill area of approximately 1500cm². The bottom grill plate is flat whilst the upper grill plate is ribbed to provide the characteristic char lines you associated with grilled or barbecued food. Both grill plates have a non-stick coating so little to no fat is required for healthier grilling. The grill plates can be removed for cleaning in the dishwasher.
