Four violins, four cellos and three double basses have been individually sampled so that quartets, chamber ensembles and everything in between can be freely conjured. Naturally, this collection includes a mass of articulations but it's the phase-correction that makes things really interesting. Every sample comes phase corrected so that crossfading between two dynamic layers will never result in volume loss. While this library has been curated with chamber music composition in mind, it can be used to add 'full' libraries. After all, doubling a full library in terms of size is not the best idea, since roughly 60 strings in an orchestra should be enough, while adding one or two solo-instruments would work perfectly.
