With this 650/1,000W theatre spotlight by Eurolite, you're getting your hands on a very powerful spotlight. In contrast to the Plano convex lens, which produces a wide beam, the Fresnel lens produces a beam with a bright core and a less bright beam around it. This makes it perfect for lighting a stage or theatre. The position of the lamp in the housing can be adjusted at the bottom of the lamp - this way you can change the size of the light beam. Because the filter frame and the housing are made of aluminium, the spotlight is light enough to be mounted in a truss. The fitting has another safety ring so that you anchor your spotlight in a safety cable, and safely hang it over a tribune. There's a handle at the back of the spotlight, for easy positioning and transporting.
