This Sela Dark Moon Wind Gong of no less than 32 inches is completely handmade and machined in China, from a specially selected bronze alloy. The flat, rimless design gives the sound more space and clarity than traditional "chau" models. The rough left percussion surface creates a warm, layered tone with subtle resonances, often described as earthy and organic.
