The Palmer RIVER Wupper is designed to eliminate ground loop hum and interference in audio setups by isolating the ground potentials between devices. It’s ideal for use with guitar, bass, keyboards, hi-fi systems, and even car stereos. Connectivity: Input: 1x 6.3 mm jack (balanced or unbalanced) and Output: 1x 6.3 mm jack (balanced or unbalanced) Galvanic transformer isolation for clean signal transfer Can be used to balance unbalanced signals, allowing longer cable runs Passive design – no batteries or phantom power required Distortion-free up to +6 dBu No ground lift switch (isolation is handled internally) Frequency response: 20 Hz – 20 kHz Max input level: +10 dBu (20 Hz), +32 dBu (1 kHz) Input impedance: 17 kΩ Output impedance: 500 Ω
