In System 4B, the threads are reinforced by steel threaded bushes to reduce wear. The spacers are attached to the vehicle with the supplied fasteners. Subsequently, the rim can be mounted with the original wheel bolts in the threads of the wheel spacer. No longer wheel bolts are required for System 4B spacers - So in most cases the system is 'plug-and-play' applicable (Please note conditions!
