Conseils : Step 1 - RELAXATION: For a complete bath, pour half the sachet into warm water, allow the salt to dissolve and remain in the bath for at least 20 minutes. Can also be used as a foot bath for tired feet. Step 2 - EXFOLIATION: apply Exfoliating Foot Scrub to clean, damp skin. Massage gently in circular movements over feet and lower legs to improve circulation. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Optimal skin preparation for your foot care routine. Step 3 - CARE (foot and body) : Massage into clean, dry feet daily, morning and evening. For very dry or chapped skin, apply a thick layer of cream, cover with a sock and allow to penetrate. Warm the oil in the palms of your hands and gently massage over the body, concentrating on very dry areas. Add this product to our Foot Balm to reinforce its nourishing effect. Step 4 - RECOVERY: Massage the Soothing Foot & Heavy Legs Lotion in upward movements from the arch of the foot to the bottom of the legs to stimulate blood circulation.
