70cl / 18.00% - Mondino Amaro is a classically bitter German amaro made in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps using bitter orange, rhubarb and yellow gentian, among other locally sourced ingredients. Makes a mighty fine Spritz, and it wouldn't look out of place in a Negroni or served with tonic water and a slice of orange.
