It was developed in the 1970s by DAF, featuring a turret-mounted Oerlikon KBA-B02 25mm cannon and a co-axial FN MAG 7.62mm machine gun. The PRI.50 can carry seven infantry troops and provides fire support with its 25mm autocannon, designed to engage light armoured targets and infantry. The vehicle also includes night vision capabilities and smoke grenade launchers, enhancing its operational versatility.
