The image shown in the link is a reference to the finished product, which is sold as unpainted and disassembled resin parts. You will need to assemble these resin parts and paint them with a tool. (tools and paint must be brought from home) If the resin parts bend or deform during shipment, don't worry, you can return them to the original shape by immersing them in hot water for a few seconds (or heating them with a hot air blower) until soft.
