Applicable : Pressure washer soap syringe Kit is compatible with Pump 190593GS, 190635GS and 203640GS. Please check the part number of your pressure washer pump and make sure the soap injector matches your pump. Function : Parts of the pressure washer pump that are worn, rusted or clogged with hard water deposits can be replaced with this set. How to replace : Follow the soap hose at the end, remove the soap hose. Use a wrench to remove the old syringe. Clean any litter or dry soap in the container. Make sure the rubber O-ring is on the syringe as shown. Put the ball bearing into the syringe, then the spring with the small end of the spring is attached to the ball bearing. Insert the syringe into the container and tighten the syringe with a 13mm wrench. Do not over-tighten, you will damage the o-ring or white metal cracks on the pump.
