Inheriting a front engine, front-wheel drive (FF) setup, the second-generation model was released in November 1982.\nIt further enhanced the Prelude\u2019s trademark comfort and drivability; the first anti-lock braking system (ABS) on a Japanese car used ventilated disc brakes on all four wheels.
