HOPS The female flowers of the hop plant used in herbal medicine as a treatment for stress, restlessness and sleep disturbances. Who can use it? For adults and the elderly. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old. Pregnancy and breastfeeding - It is best not to take any non-essential medication when pregnant or breastfeeding.
