Bowmore Aston Martin Masters’ Selection 21-year-old, the fourth and final edition in the Series, is a true celebration of the inspired partnership between the revered Islay distillery and Aston Martin. Bringing together whiskies matured in Tawny Port American Oak casks and Oloroso Sherry butts, this single malt pays homage to the true intentionality which defines Bowmore. Bottled at 51.4% abv. The complex aromas balance nutty character and sweetness, with hints of leather, fresh pipe tobacco and oak spices. Notes of charred peaches, bergamot syrup, sandalwood and light peat lead to a palate of roasted chestnuts, salted caramel, Seville orange zest, dry thyme, milk chocolate and peat smoke. The finish starts with a velvety mouthcoating feeling, then a mouth warming with long drying finish of peat smoke notes.
