An immediate aroma of sweet honey and tropical fruit with notes of cinnamon and rich toffee, all enveloped in delicate campfire smoke. The taste offers toffee apples coated in warming spices, deep vanilla, and an overall rich, sweet, and smoky character. The Knockdhu Distillery nestles under the mysterious Knock Hill, known to locals by it’s Gaelic name, anCnoc. Sherry Cask Finish Peated Edition pairs well with a sweet and rich dessert stout.
