For Indoor Sowing: When: All year round Where: In a microgreen growing tray, or in a small tray of moist compost. How: Sow generously and spray gently with water to moisten the seeds. Place on a light airy windowsill, to ensure you have a continuous supply of microgreens sow them every 7-10 days.
