Hornby R2406 A1X Terrier 0-6-0T Steam Loco LBSCR 32635 Brighton Works - OO Gauge\n\nLovely example of the Hornby Stroudley Terrier steam loco in its classic ochre livery (known as Stroudley Improved Engine Green although it was mostly a golden ochre type colour rather than green). 50 Terriers were originally built for the London, Brighton & South Coast Railway in the 1870s. 32635 as depicted here was an unusual example, modelled not as it would have looked in LBSC operation in the late 1800s, but as repainted and renamed by British Railways in 1947 for its duties at that time as a shunting loco within Brighton Works. It carried this livery until its withdrawal in 1963.\n\nIn generally very good cosmetic condition.  Please see photos for details. Comes in original box with paperwork and detailing pack.\n\nHas been fitted with a DCC decoder (not by us but appears to be the fairly standard Hornby R8249 4-function decoder).  These locos did not come equipped with a DCC so.
