Traditional Chinese carbon-steel seasoning Wok with a natural, effective non-stick surface called patina which will develop through use. The flat base ensures the wok is well-balanced so doesn't topple over when sat on the stove. It is also suitable for cooking on all hob types including gas, electric, ceramic and induction. The beautifully crafted wooden handle is secured via two rivets to ensure you always have a sturdy handle that won't come loose. Finished with a hanging loop for easy storage. Not suitable for the dishwasher. To clean, handwash with hot water and mild deterrgent if desired. Thoroughly dry with a clean cloth. Suitable cooking capacity for 3-4 people.
