Part of the Gold Collection from the Penderyn distillery in Wales, this single malt has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels before spending some time in sherry casks to bring out a rich character. Winner of multiple awards including Gold at the 2018 World Whisky Masters, this expression is bottled at 46% abv. The nose has dark fruits and toffee with apples and hazelnuts. The palate brings a rich sweetness with a refreshing dry note towards the finish. More sweet toffee and sultanas emerge in the finish.
