It improves foam cling and minimises problems resulting from contaminants (such as washing liquids) in beer glasses. Simply whisk 1 phial into half a cupful of water and add to the beer towards the end of fermentation. Sufficient for up to 3 x 5 gallon/23 litre brews which can be from any beer kit or a full or partial mash brew.
