Before PEARL JAM and SOUNDGARDEN there was MOTHER LOVE BONE! Hailing from Seattle the name Mother Love Bone is now legendary amongst all rock fans. After the demise of one of Seattle's key rock groups - Green River, who were forerunners in the early grunge scene that was soon to explode out of Seattle, members Stone Gossard, Bruce Fairweather and Jeff Ament recruited Gary Gilmour and Andy Wood to complete the final line up of Mother Love Bone. With their initial release, the six track Shine EP causing a huge amount of interest the band's first album \""Apple\"" quickly followed.
