SINGLE MALT: With this expression, we worked with specially selected breweries in a flavour led, creative and productive way in the search for the perfect single malt whisky. PALE ALE: Our Pale Ale Cask is born out of our whisky makers’ love of craft beer and their pursuit for a special single malt, celebrating the connection between land and spirit. TASTE: Jura Pale Ale Cask is a bright and fruity single malt scottish whisky, with sweet citrus and a subtle tropical hop character, rounding off with vanilla for a smooth and creamy finish. CASK FINISH: Our Pale Ale Cask scotch whisky initially matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels, then finished in Pale Ale casks from select craft breweries.
