This 30-year-old blended Scotch whisky has been married for over three years in sherry casks from the Jerez region of Spain. Bottled at 40% abv. Notes of tropical fruits, maple syrup and hints of smoked bacon and aged timber on the nose, before a palate full of passionfruit, mango and a rich oak spice. The finish reveals notes of beeswax, heather honey and a delightful waxy tropical flavour.
