CASE ‘AINT GONNA DANCE’ RECORDINGS 1980-1985 NEW CD SKA/Punk

This\nis the first ever album of recordings by legendary UK band CASE, formed in\nCroydon in 1979 after being introduced to each other by Slimy Toad from Johnny\nMoped.  Case played the pubs of south\nLondon and finally released their one and only 7\u201D, the \u2018Wheat From The Chaff\u2019\nEP in 1983, it reached the top of the independent charts and led to them being\nplayed heavily on BBC radio including plays by John Peel, Janice Long & Kid\nJensen. They recorded a live Radio 1 \u2018In Concert\u2019 which was broadcast twice.\n\n \n\nOriginally, in\n1980, CASE played primarily at a (fairly rough) pub in North Croydon, called\n\u201CThe Star\u201D and built quite a following there before larger, occasionally more\nsalubrious, venues beckoned.
