The Discovery range from the Gordon & MacPhail is the perfect introduction to the brands discerning portfolio of exceptional bottlings, featuring single malt whiskies from some of Scotland’s most admired distilleries. This release comes to us from the Highland Distillery, Tomatin. Matured for 12 years in a bourbon cask and bottled at 43% abv, you can expect a nose of ripe tropical fruits combining with tart green apple and lemon peel. The taste is all about malt, melon, and spice, before the finish rounds things off with lingering oak and herbal characteristics.
