MADE BY THIRD-GENERATION FAMILY PRODUCERS IN NAGANO, JAPAN — Produced in Nagano, a region renowned for premium quality Shinshu Soba and a long tradition of soba making. The grain is milled several times so that the noodles, although wholegrain, have a delicious soft texture that absorbs the flavours of broths and dressings.
