This 2012 vintage Edradour single malt was carefully matured for 12 years in first-fill Pinot Noir casks from the prestigious Michael Eppan winery. The result is a whisky that harmoniously combines Edradour's signature richness with the delicate fruitiness and soft tannins of Pinot Noir. Bottled in January 2025 at 48.2% ABV, this limited release of just 1,422 bottles is unchill-filtered to preserve its full depth of flavour. You can expect a nose of wild berries and subtle baking spices, following on to a palate bursting with toffee, orchard fruits, red berries and oak. The finish is smooth, silken and long with lingering berry notes.
