Box is present but worn consistent with age. See photos.\nPrevious examples of this model have evidenced that this model was based on 28602; it's possible therefore that 28603s were produced by EFE in the UK, presumably to clear overstock or seconds.\nThis model does not suffer from the factory defect seen on some other examples where the yellow paint on the lower half has \""crazy paving\"" - a reaction to applying the paint over the base coat before the base coat has cured.\n\nPostage is included for Tracked 48.
