TASTING NOTES: Fruit forward expression of aged rum with aromas and notes of dried apricot, fresh peach and a subtle hint of sweet molasses. SERVE SUGGESTION: Create the perfect Jamaican Daiquiri by adding 50 ml Appleton Estate Signature, 25 ml fresh lime juice, 15 ml sugar syrup and ice to a shaker, shake until well chilled, strain into a coupe; Garnish with a lime twist. COLOUR: A beautiful harvest gold and amber colour, with remarkable clarity and an effortless finish.
