Cosmic Spacehead (PAL, 1993) SEGA Mega Drive Game Boxed with Manual + Poster VGC. Game comes in original box in great condition with manual included. Game is unfortunately untested as I no longer have a Mega Drive to test it on, but worked fine the last time I played it, but just couldn't 100% guarantee it.
