Fibrax FCB1201 inner and outer brake cable for MTB and Road bikes. Fit first then cut to length and attach anti-fray ferrule by pinching onto cable with pliars. PTFE coated braided steel inner wire, length 1.87m and plastic covered steel outer housing 1.65m long. One end has a barrel fitting, usually for Mountain Bikes, the other has a pear style fitting. Simply cut off the fitting not required with sharp cutters to prevent cable fray. PTFE teflon coating of the inner cable reduces friction, hence giving smoother braking and reduced lever effort.\nThis cable can be used for front or rear brakes by shortening to requirement.
