Making it ideal for trips to the pool and holidays.\n\nFitting and Removal - To clear water or to adjust goggles, take firm grip on the eye cup and tilt the lower edge of the eye cup slightly away from the face.  To remove goggles put thumbs under head strap at side of head.  Slide thumbs under head strap, lift elastic from back to front of head.  \nFit - T ensure an effective fit, adjustment of the head strap and bridge strap of the goggles will be necessary. \nHead Strap - The head strap is used to hold the goggles in place.  Tighter is not necessarily better as this may cause discomfort and marking around the eyes.  Correct adjustment can be obtained by tensioning the band until a comfortable fit is achieved. \nBridge Strap - Correct adjustment of the bridge strap is essential for both comfor;
