Flexible 114 Litre Multifunction Oven The Rangemaster Professional+ FX 90 Dual Fuel range cooker offers a large 114 litre cooking capacity, making it suitable for everything from mid-week meals and Sunday roasts to larger baking sessions. The multifunction oven provides seven cooking functions for greater flexibility. Fan oven mode circulates even heat throughout the cavity, making it particularly useful for cooking large quantities and for multi-shelf cooking. Fanned grilling combines the fan with the top element to produce a more even, less fierce heat than conventional grilling. It is particularly suitable for thicker pieces of meat or fish, while the closed oven door helps retain heat during cooking. Fan assisted oven mode circulates air heated by the top and base elements. This combination is suited to larger foods that require thorough cooking, such as a large meat roast, and also allows cooking on two shelves at the same time. Conventional cooking uses the top and base heating elements and is particularly suitable for roasting, pastry, cakes and biscuits. The browning element uses the top element only to finish dishes such as pasta bakes, vegetables in sauce and lasagne. Base heat uses the lower element to crisp pizza and quiche bases, finish pastry cases or provide gentle heat for slow-cooked casseroles and plate warming.
