A National Portrait Gallery art postcard reproducing George Romney's 1767 portrait of Peter Woodhouse, depicting the young Lancastrian gentleman full-length in a striking red coat and green waistcoat, his black-and-white pointer at his side, a flintlock gun and a brace of partridges resting on the rocks beside him.
