These Hambleton Bard Better Brew Safety Stoppers are excellent when maturing wines in demijohns. They avoid the use of airlocks which could have the water evaporate leaving the wine exposed. They will release any pressure due to the wine producing co2 through a fermentation should sorbate or sulphates not have been added. They are NOT suitable for the original fermentation of the wine. They will fit standard glass demijohns.This offer is for a pack of TWO of these stoppers.
