FILLABLE WITH WATER (49KG) OR SAND (67KG): Give your parasol ultimate strength and stability with the Christow Parasol Base with Wheels. Contains an internal PVC bag which holds 49 litres of water (49kg) or sand (67kg), plus two wheels to easily move around. PLEASE NOTE: Base is NOT SUITABLE for using with overhanging cantilever/banana parasols. FITS 38MM & 48MM DIAMETER POLES: Features a heavy-duty steel holding tube which is powder-coated for rust-resistance. Comes with two adaptors to fit 38mm and 48mm diameter poles. Simply insert the relevant adaptor into the tube, then pop the pole of your parasol inside the tube. A tightening screw on the side of the tube allows you to easily secure it. ROBUST WEATHER-RESISTANT HDPE PLASTIC: Parasol base has a strong HDPE plastic construction and is cube shaped for optimal stability. Waterproof and weather-resistant to prevent deterioration when left outside in the sunshine and rain. Coloured classic black to complement all garden colour schemes with an attractive wood-grain effect for a stylish finish. 2 WHEELS TO EASILY MOVE YOUR PARASOL: Parasol base has two wheels on one side at the base, allowing you to easily wheel your parasol around your garden. When filled with sand or water, the base is too heavy to pick up and move to a new location, but the wheels allow you to easily tilt and move your parasol, even when it’s filled with sand or water. CARRY HANDLE TO EASILY MOVE WHEN EMPTY: Parasol base weighs a relatively lightweight 7.65kg when emptied of sand or water. It also features a moulded handle on the underside to easily pick up and move when empty. This makes it easy to store away when summer's over. The base is also easy to assemble and disassemble using the instructions included.
