The Wunderbar Blond De-Light Precision 7-Level Bleach Powder is a dust-free bleaching powder designed to lighten both coloured and natural hair by up to 7 levels, depending on the peroxide used. By targeted release of active oxygen, starting from a soft reflex up to extreme highlighting. The product contains vegan plex and anti-yellow molecules for optimal hair condition and clear bleaching results. This bleach powder is suitable for various hair types and bleaching techniques. Tips: For highlighting hair that's level 6/0 or lighter with foils, mix with 1.9% or 3% cream peroxide for a more gentle but paler lift. 1.9% and 3% peroxides will give 3-4 levels of lift depending on application, timing and correct diagnosis.
