You might assume that being able to supply more power on demand would shorten the lifespan of the battery pack, but in fact Powerstack batteries come with a longer warranty too, being fully guaranteed for three years as long as they are registered after purchase. The new DCBP318 Powerstack battery is fully compatible with all existing DeWalt 18v XR cordless power tools, and can be charged on all existing chargers in the same system. It features an integrated push button fuel gauge and rubber overmoulding for impact resistance.
