After removing the old IAC Valve, clean the mounting flange surface with a plastic scraper; place the included gasket onto the flange, align the bolt holes, hand-start the screws, then tighten the Auto Idle Speed Control Valve in a diagonal sequence to the torque value shown on the housing.
